ALM, Daniel (Sweden)

Daniel is the General Superintendent for « Pingst – fria församlingar i samverkan », the Swedish Pentecostal Alliance for Independent Churches, since 2016. He is also the writer of several books and the Senior Pastor of the Pentecostal Church, Västerås.


BIRUK, LEONID (BELARUS)

Leanid was born in 1960 in Belarus, then a part of former Soviet Union. This year marks his 30th year in full time ministry. For the first ten years, he served as a Head of International Relations Department of the United Church of Christians of Evangelical in Belarus. 20 years ago he became a pastor of Minsk Bethany Church. This year Leanid was elected as a Bishop of the United Church, a body of 500 Pentecostal churches. He served two terms as a member of PEF Presidium as well as a member of PEM Committee. Bishop Biruk is a member of Mission Committee of World Assemblies of God and a Vice-President of International Assembly of Christians of Evangelical Faith. He is married to Olga and has got 5 children and 4 grandchildren.


CHISMON, Max (NEW ZEALAND)

Max and his wife Dorothy, together with their Filipino and international team, oversee a mission mobilization movement, called Simply Mobilizing (SM), that has a presence in over 100 countries around the world. SM has a vision to see all God’s people living a life on mission with God and all local churches being missional!   

Simply Mobilizing grew out of a movement in the Philippines in the 1990s that saw hundreds of Filipino missionaries mobilized to take the love of Jesus to the more than 5 million Filipino Muslims in the thirteen Muslim unreached people groups. This has resulted in churches being planted and hundreds of Filipino Muslims coming to faith in Christ.

Max and Dorothy have served in the Philippines for more than four decades. They have two children and six grandchildren and have just recently based themselves in their home country of New Zealand. From there they engage in leadership, producing mobilizing materials and teaching with Simply Mobilizing International.


Christiansen, Stephan (Norway)

Stephan has been the leader of Pentecostal Youth of Europe (PYE), the youth network of PEF since March 2020. He serves in the following capacities: 

  • Founder and international leader of Jesus Revolution, a missions organisation working all across Europe with national movements and churches since 1997,
  • an evangelist and host of the TV programme, “Jesus Revolution band and preachers”.
  • Founder and senior leader of “Jesus Church”, a Pentecostal Church in Oslo, Norway.
  • Principal of TBBMI, the Bible and Missions Institute founded by Aril Edvardsen in 1968.
  • Founder and international leader of “Jesus Movement”, a ministry in schools and universities.
  • He also founded «New Generation» with his wife Anne in 1993.
  • Co-founder and chair of “Israel Next”, a ministry connecting the next generation with Israel.  
  • Ambassador and board member in “Jesus Kids”, where parents and churches are discipling children together through the Jesus Kids app.
  • Founder and visionary leader of “Day and Night”, a centre for worship, prayer and mercy in Oslo.
  • Author of several books, of four musicals, and producer of 13 albums.

 Stephan resides in Oslo, is married to Anne, and they have three daughters.


COSTANZA, Daniel (Belgium)

Daniel is married to Antonella and they are happy parents of Nathanael and Melody. He was born to Italian missionaries in Belgium, grew up in France, and started his pastoral ministry in Switzerland. After working as a high school language teacher, and serving in different ministry capacities, together with his wife, he moved to Canada where he served as a full-time
Pastor in Toronto (Canada), co-host for a TV weekly broadcast and editor of a Christian magazine. In 2005, Antonella and Daniel came back to Belgium with a burden for Europe. Daniel was appointed as Coordinator for the newly established PEF head office in Brussels, and in 2013, as PEF Executive Director. From 2006 to 2018, Daniel was involved in the
coordination of PEF’s annual IMPACT outreaches in key cities of Europe. In 2018, he was elected as the Lead Pastor of the international church, Brussels Christian Center.


Frestadius, Simo (United Kingdom)

Dr. Simo is the Dean of Research and Executive Director of the Institute for Pentecostal Theology at Regents Theological College, UK. He is also an ordained minister in the Elim Pentecostal Church. His teaching and research focuses on Pentecostal theology, philosophical/constructive theology, public theology, and philosophy of religion. He has published Pentecostal Rationality: Epistemology and Theological Hermeneutics in the Foursquare Tradition (2020 Bloomsbury T&T Clark), as well as a few academic articles. Simo is originally from Finland, although he spent most of his childhood in Tanzania. He is married to Caroline and they have two children.

Simo has been serving as the Chair of EPTA (European Pentecostal Theological Association) since July 2020.


HÖRNMARK, Pelle (Sweden)

Pelle is married to Tina, father to three children, and a grandfather. His education includes building engineering, Bible college, leadership and organizational development.

Pelle has been in full time ministry since 1986, serving as a missionary in the Horn of Africa for 5 years, Senior Pastor of the Pentecostal Church in Jönkoping for 11 years, Superintendent of the Swedish Pentecostal Movement for 8 years, and currently Lead Pastor of the Pentecostal Church in Växjö.

He has served as a member of the PEF Presidium and as the Chairman of the Pentecostal European Fellowship (PEF) since 2016. He is also a member of the Executive Committee of the Pentecostal World Fellowship (PWF).


PANOCHKO, MYKHAILO (UKRAINE)

He served as the pastor of the Sulymiv Pentecostal church for 22 years. Since 1998 he has served as Senior Bishop of the Ukrainian Church of Christians of Evangelical Faith (Pentecostals). Since 2000, he is member of Executive Committee from Eurasia of the World Assemblies of God Fellowship (WAGF). He has served on other boards, including the Presidium of the Pentecostal European Fellowship. He holds a doctorate in Theology. He is married to Eugenia and they have five grown up children.


WILSON, William (U.S.A.)

Dr. William M. Wilson is the fourth president of the globally recognized Oral Roberts University, located in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  Dr. Wilson is instrumental in developing Spirit-empowered leaders through whole person education to impact the world.  Wilson possesses over four decades of executive leadership.  He is a global influencer and a dynamic speaker with undeniable passion and a profound ability for equipping new generations of leaders.

Along with his role as the Chair of the Pentecostal World Fellowship, Dr. Wilson’s leadership influence includes Empowered21, the National Association of Evangelicals, Mission America Coalition, International Christian Embassy Jerusalem, American Association of Presidents of Independent Colleges and Universities, and the City of Tulsa Chamber of Commerce.

Wilson is a sought-after Bible communicator whose weekly television program, “World Impact with Dr. Billy Wilson,” inspires viewers in over 150 nations and multiple languages.  Wilson has authored several books, including Father Cry, A-Z Guide on Marriage, A-Z Guide Sexual Intimacy in Marriage, The Parenthood Plan, The Exclusive Claims of Jesus Christ, Today’s Church: A Look at Yesterday’s Church to See Today’s Church More Clearly, Foundations of Faith, Fasting Forward, As the Waters Cover the Sea, (with Dr. Vinson Synan).  Wilson’s most recent book, “Gen Z: Born for the Storm,” released in 2021. 

Wilson and his wife Lisa, have one son, Ashley, who with his wife Jamie, have three children.  Their daughter, Sara and her husband Shaun have four children.  The Wilson family resides in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
